INTRODUCTION

In the aftermath of a global pandemic, too many organisations had to re-evaluate their existence. “Some even ceased operating” as the CEO Lauren Pretorius of Campaigning for Cancer rightly notes in her introduction to this masterclass.

As leaders of homes; companies and governments we are constantly faced with challenges. How we overcome it has been the legacy of many. This masterclass looks at how Patient Advocates can find themselves equipped now and in the future.

We may never know what the next big crises will be, or in other instances, the writing might be on the wall – using the skills and tools that are shared in this Masterclass will allow us to stand the test of time.
